The Rear Remote 2.2” X1 Series EXIT Shocks feature a billet body construction to keep your shocks running cool when you need them most. We added a performance high-flow piston, precise valving, and tune every single shock off the line to meet your expectations. With direct bolt-on capabilities, the X1 Series EXIT Shocks are easily tuned for your specific riding style and terrain.

All EXIT SHOCKS are serviceable for years of reliable use. For service, contact your local ZBROZ Racing dealer or send your shocks to us for full service. We recommend servicing EXIT SHOCKS every 1,500 miles or every 24 months.

All EXIT SHOCKS are custom-built, valved, and tuned for specific applications. Please allow a 2–4 week build time.

Shipping: ZBROZ Racing products are fulfilled per order on a first-come, first-served basis. We strive to fulfill all orders within 48 hours. If a backorder occurs, you will be notified, and we will fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Custom-built orders may take 4 weeks or longer depending on demand. Shipping & Returns
Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are subject to a restocking fee.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@reconrecovery.com. Please note that returns may not be getting returned to the shipper's address. Please wait for a response before shipping your item.

Return Approval

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) code, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Hassle-Free Returns

There are three instances where Recon Recovery offers free returns on any of the UPS / FedEx ground shipments purchased on our website, as detailed below:

  • If the item sent to you is different or wrong than the listing page, Recon Recovery will send you a prepaid shipping label.
  • If the item shows up damaged in shipping or prior to shipping, Recon Recovery will send you a prepaid shipping label.
  • If you decide the item is not going to work for you, Recon Recovery will send you a prepaid shipping label if you exchange it for an item of equal or greater value.

Note: Free Returns does NOT apply to Freight items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
