SSV Works custom-molded Cage Mount Pods are designed for 6.5" speakers and can be used when you need more sound in your Side by Side. Unlike wakeboard tower speakers, these mini pods provide direct sound to the passengers without obstructing visibility. Built from 100% fiberglass, they deliver excellent sound quality and bass response. They come finished in a black textured coating that matches factory interiors and can be painted to match your ride's color scheme.

Includes a versatile clamping system tailored for the Defender’s cage, stainless steel mounting hardware, and step-by-step instructions.

Do you have a 2 or 4 Seat Model?
We offer 2 different clamp systems for the Defender’s 2-seat and 4-seat models:

  • 2-seat model: includes specialized “hook” clamp for vertical bar installation
  • 4-seat model: includes 2" round clamp for top horizontal cage bar installation

SSV Works Powersports Speakers (DF-C65A): WP-A6 speakers provide powerful, clean audio performance built specifically for Powersports. Featuring a 25mm titanium tweeter mounted to the grille, they deliver crisp highs even with helmets on and engines roaring. The EPDM duo-lock gasket seals water out, while the lightweight Santoprene surround improves cone travel and clarity in all temperatures. Rated 4 ohm / 60w RMS / 120w peak with a positive lock connector to prevent wire detachment. *Multiple Patents Pending*

Kicker KM Marine Speakers (DF-C65K): 6.5" 2-way coaxial marine-grade speakers delivering 195w peak (65w RMS), tuned for high-output and midrange clarity in harsh outdoor environments.

Without Speakers (DF-C65U): Already have your own speakers? Choose this unloaded option and install your preferred pair.

Chroma Grille Upgrades: SSV WP-A6 speakers are compatible with acoustically transparent mesh grilles and interchangeable colored inserts (Red, White, Blue, Orange – not compatible with Kicker speakers).

Plug-&-Play Extension Harness: Save install time using our extension harness. One end connects to the speaker, the other to the MRB3 controller. Not using MRB3? Simply cut the end and wire as usual.

Shipping & Returns
Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are subject to a restocking fee.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@reconrecovery.com. Please note that returns may not be getting returned to the shipper's address. Please wait for a response before shipping your item.

Return Approval

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) code, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Hassle-Free Returns

There are three instances where Recon Recovery offers free returns on any of the UPS / FedEx ground shipments purchased on our website, as detailed below:

  • If the item sent to you is different or wrong than the listing page, Recon Recovery will send you a prepaid shipping label.
  • If the item shows up damaged in shipping or prior to shipping, Recon Recovery will send you a prepaid shipping label.
  • If you decide the item is not going to work for you, Recon Recovery will send you a prepaid shipping label if you exchange it for an item of equal or greater value.

Note: Free Returns does NOT apply to Freight items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
