This suspension kit combines the use of durable steel front axle brackets and u-bolt plates to allow you to easily lift and level out the front of the vehicle. Utilizing our nitrogen-charged shocks, N3 stabilizer, and pitman arm this kit allows you to retain a factory-like ride and provides enough clearance to run 33" tires with appropriate wheel backspacing. Installation. Featuring a 100% bolt-on installation process, installing this kit couldn't be easier. With an estimated timeframe of 3-4 hours this full kit can be installed at home using standard tools and can be completed efficiently and quickly! Limited Lifetime Replacement Warranty. Rough Country's 5-inch Roxor Lift Kit is backed with a limited lifetime replacement warranty towards manufacturer defects. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are subject to a restocking fee.

Return Approval

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Approval) code, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

There are three instances where Recon Recovery offers free returns on any of the UPS / FedEx ground shipments purchased on our website, as detailed below:

  • If the item sent to you is different or wrong than the listing page, Recon Recovery will send you a prepaid shipping label.
  • If the item shows up damaged in shipping or prior to shipping, Recon Recovery will send you a prepaid shipping label.
  • If you decide the item is not going to work for you, Recon Recovery will send you a prepaid shipping label if you exchange it for an item of equal or greater value.

Note: Free Returns does NOT apply to Freight items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
